CREATORS DIVISION
Independent expression · /creators
The creator platform is designed for eligible adults who want a professional profile, consent controls, and a later subscription model. This release does not publish content.

Signature motion
Creator language uses abstract materials instead of fictional profiles.
Creators should own the relationship with their audience and see the rules before they publish. Those tools are specified, not shipped as a studio.
A member profile exists after registration and stays unpublished. It is not a creator page.
Subscription billing is a later phase. There is no price and no subscriber count.
Audience management will follow publishing. There is no follower graph.
Content permissions and takedown are part of the design. CHOOT does not collect identity documents until private storage and encryption exist.
A creator can submit an application for review. Approval does not by itself open publishing, because jurisdiction still defaults to deny.
Reports can be stored. A reviewer workspace for creator content is not in this phase.
Creator support is the compliance form plus account security. There is no dedicated success manager.
Questions
Each answer preserves the project's conservative claims and feature boundaries while making the page easier to read.
No. Publishing stays closed, and documents are not accepted.
An application records interest and consent. It is not an approval and not a public profile.
